Keybridge was fantastic to work with throughout our website redesign. They completely understood our needs as an engineering firm and came up with some great ideas to show off our projects, all while giving the site the personalized polish we were striving for.
They were very quick to turn over edits and once the site was complete, trained our team to update the site ourselves. Even months after the site is live, they're always quick to respond to any questions we may have. After this process, we have a product that we're proud to show off and a web partner we know we can count on for years to come.

Not sure where to begin with this review, because Keybridge has done so many things so well. Background: the state association for which I am the website coordinator learned earlier this year that our website contractor of 16 years was going out of business. Due to internal association processes, it became clear that we needed to research, select, and implement a new solution within about 16 weeks. Please note that we are an all-volunteer organization (no staff on hand who could work full-time on the project). Our website is complex, containing many user forms, policy disclosures, archived records, photos and videos, etc., not to mention an extensive database of nearly 1,000 current members and 4,000 former members. During the research and selection process, Keybridge distanced themselves from the other potential providers by asking all the right questions, providing extremely detailed information, drafting a statement of work and sample implementation schedule, and even offering to travel several hundred miles to attend one of our Executive Council meetings to speak with the team who would ultimately make the final decision. Generally speaking, the other potential providers had a "here's our product, take it or leave it" approach, whereas Keybridge offered a totally custom set-up. Keybridge even saved us thousands of dollars by finding and implementing a legislative advocacy tool that they subsequently integrated with our site. We had previously considered a much more expensive alternative, and that tool would have simply linked out from our site, instead of looking like it's actually part of the site. Keybridge also demonstrated phenomenal creativity in massaging our membership data (dozens of data elements for each of 5,000 records) to make sure we not only didn't lose any information, but the data is now presented is such a way that it is more usable. When complex questions came up that I had never faced before, Keybridge staff talked me through it in language I could understand. Throughout the implementation process, Keybridge staff were extremely responsive and flexible, working phone calls and face-to-face online meetings into the schedules of our all-volunteer team. When individual meetings were necessary with our Treasurer, President, or Newsletter Editor, Keybridge staff handled all the arrangements, because there's just no way I could have done that. Now that our site is up and running, Keybridge is right on the ball with getting everyone the training we need in order to make the most of our new internet home. In all honesty, in terms of stated price, Keybridge was the most expensive option we researched, but the money they have saved the association and the vastly improved functionality we received will benefit the association for years to come. Bottom line is that we have an amazing website that was delivered several days prior to our hard deadline. It is a website that continues to receive rave reviews, and our monthly ongoing expenses are slightly less than what we were paying our former contractor. For our legislative advocacy tool, we paid a nominal set-up fee to Keybridge, and the annual fee is literally thousands of dollars less per year than we would have been paying for a non-integrated tool. That alone, within about four years, will pay the entire upfront investment we made by choosing Keybridge. I probably failed to mention several aspects of this process, but there wasn't a single time when Keybridge dropped the ball or had me questioning our decision.
I work for a small non-profit with both limited budget and technical expertise. We launched our new website in March and we couldn't be happier with our partnership with Keybridge Web! The Keybridge Team held our hands through the entire process, listening to our needs and ideas and translating them into a professional and functional website. Even though we did not always know exactly what we wanted, and changed our minds on many things throughout the project, they were always willing to adapt to our needs and make sure that were satisfied with the results.
At the same time, we also changed to a new database system, and Keybridge was invaluable in that process as well. The Keybridge Team served as a technical advisor regarding the selection of database provider and the integration of the database API and our new website.
Since launch, Keybridge has remained an important part of our team. They continue to provide support for our website and provide regular updates on work they do on our behalf. They are always prompt in their response to our inquiries and willing to provide any assistance and advice that we require.
If I needed help developing and supporting a website in the future, I would not hesitate to work with Keybridge again.
I have worked with Julia and Mike at Keybridge Web for about three years now. They originally helped my company, Information Analysis, migrate our website from an older and custom technology to a more standard WordPress based website.
